Bettina is qualified as European Trademark and Design Attorney and has 25 years of experience at both a large full-service law firm and the IP boutique law firm Løje, Arnesen & Meedom.
Bettina handles trademark and design registration nationally and internationally, trademark screening, maintenance and trimming of IP portfolios, and Bettina assists our clients in opposition, cancellation and revocation cases. Bettina has extensive experience in advising many different types of companies on their trademark and design protection strategies, in communication with both customers, authorities and foreign relations, communication of complicated legal material and preparation of legal argumentation, all in both Danish and English.
