Assistant Attorney (LL.M.)
Daniel specializes in intellectual property law and entertainment law. Daniel advises on establishment, protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, especially copyrights, trademark rights and design rights. He also advises on issues of entertainment law and marketing law, including within the music industry.
Daniel has studied Music Management at the Danish Royal Academy of Music in Århus and has in the past been a professional musician, music producer and manager for several well-known bands and artists. Daniel therefore has special knowledge of the entertainment industry. In connection with this knowledge, he has experience in rights clearance, negotiation, including negotiation of contracts and drafting and checking different types of contracts in relation to record companies, publishing, management, booking, merchandise and sponsors.
