Emil works as an assistant attorney, specialising in intellectual property law, marketing law and contract law. Before joining LØJE IP, Emil worked for another Danish law firm.
Emil has experience in both Danish and international protection, licensing, and enforcement of IP rights, including registration of 3D trademarks. He has experience in preserving evidence and litigation concerning trademarks, copyrights, and designs.
Emil has in-depth knowledge of the rules on greenwashing and can advise your company on how to legally carry out green marketing according to Danish law. In addition, Emil has experience in environmental cases.
