Eva Hindberg Larsen is a European Trademark and Design Attorney and Head of LØJE IP’s registration department.
Eva graduated in 1988 from a Copenhagen Business College with a degree in specialized business languages in English and German, and has been working with trademark and designs for more than 25 years. Eva started her career in the IP field in one of the large trademark agencies in Copenhagen. From 2000 to 2019 Eva has been employed with Løje, Arnesen & Meedom, formerly Sandel, Løje & Partnere, with a pause for 3 years where Eva worked in the IP department of a large full-service law firm in Copenhagen.
Eva renders advice on trademarks and designs and assists our Danish and foreign clients in the preparation of registration strategies, trademark screening and searching, registration of trademarks and designs nationally and internationally, maintaining and trimming our clients’ IP portfolios, and Eva furthermore assists our clients in opposition, cancellation and revocation matters.
