Kim is a lawyer and specializes in intellectual property. Before Kim came to LØJE IP he worked at the Danish Patent and Trademark Office and has also worked for another law firm specializing in IP law.
Kim has experience in both national and international IP protections and enforcement of IP rights and has excellent knowledge of marketing law, trademarks, designs and copyrights. Kim also assists with preparation of IP strategies, domain complaints and customs surveillance in the EU and China.
Kim furthermore teaches IP law at several educational institutions and is, among others, external lecturer at Design School Kolding.
